Un conflit naît entre deux collègues de travail. L'un est un homme d'origine africaine; l'autre est une femme d'origine québécoise. Dans ce conflit, chacun prête des intentions à l'autre; la femme prétendant à la misogynie de l'autre et l'homme, au racisme de la Québécoise. Ayant besoin de ces deux employés, le supérieur doit gérer ce conflit.

A conflict arises between two colleagues. One is a black immigrant from a subSaharan country, the other is a white Canadian woman born in this country. Each party is accusing the other of racism or misogyny. The manager has to deal with this conflict.
