Élaboré sous la forme d'un scénario, en quatre parties, ce cas traite de l'implantation d'un système de gestion intégré et plus particulièrement, de l'évolution des préoccupations de cinq acteurs, telles que vécues à quatre moments distincts de la mise en œuvre du changement. Il fait état des réactions individuelles des cinq personnes concernées, tout au long de la période turbulente du changement.
