Francine Bouchard, c'est l'histoire d'une super secrétaire. Elle a créé et dirigé trois entreprises : Secrétariat-dépannage (SD) et Ressources humaines complétées (RHC) qui offrent du personnel de remplacement. Formation-bureaucratie (FB) offre de la formation en secrétariat et bureautique. Les trois entreprises emploient plus de 300 personnes. Le cas présenté sous forme d'entrevue raconte les péripéties d'une entrepreneure partie de zéro mais qui a fait preuve d'une grande détermination.
