Abstract

Ce cas est la suite du cas préparé en 1998 par Dominique Dorion et Richard Déry. La librairie Olivieri est maintenant installé sur la Côte-des-Neiges, à l'emplacement même qui a été occupé par les librairies Renaud-Bray et Champigny. Le bistro est populaire, mais les problèmes d'une librairie de fonds qui veut faire de l'animation littéraire restent entiers. Rina Olivieri est devenue une gestionnaire à plein temps et doit faire face à une professionnalisation de son rôle, tout en devant composer avec des employés de la première heure.
