Abstract

À partir du point de vue d'un cochon qui a connu l'époque des petites exploitations, le cas décrit la controverse impliquant les producteurs de porcs au Québec depuis 1996. Il y est question du problème du surplus de purin de porc et du dispositif technique (Biosor - Lisier) proposé par le CRIQ en 1997 pour régler le problème.
