Abstract

L'objectif principal de ce cas consiste à présenter le rôle d'un comité consultatif sur la direction, la gestion et le transfert de pouvoir dans une PME. Le cas permet aussi d'effectuer une comparaison entre le comité consultatif et le conseil d'administration afin d'aider les dirigeants de PME à choisir un modèle de gouvernance qui soit bien adapté à leur situation et qui n'alourdit pas indûment le processus de gestion.
