Ce cas décrit la vie professionnelle et les recherches en matières de pédagogie du professeur C. Christensen qui a enseigné la gestion pendant plus de 40 ans à la Business School de l'Université Harvard. This document describes the work life and research of Professor C. Roland Christensen, who taught management for more than 40 years at the Harvard Business School.

Case method teaching cannot be improvised, as is witnessed by Professor Christensen’s remarks, but requires an understanding of the various mechanisms that make up the method (knowledge of the material, but also familiarity with the process of managing-responding-listening).
