Abstract

Ce cas présente la solution originale de protection des paiements en ligne de FIA-NET, société française issue en 1979 de FIA (Française interprofessionnelle d'assurance) qui avait toujours œuvré comme courtier spécialisé dans les risques spéciaux non couverts par les compagnies d'assurance traditionnelles. En 1999, l'éclosion du commerce en ligne représente pour FIA et son expertise d'assureur une occasion d'affaires unique. FIA-NET offre aux marchands qui vendent sur Internet une protection d'assurance contre la fraude allant jusqu'à 100 % de la valeur des transactions réalisées en ligne et un sceau de confiance pour leurs clients internautes.
