Abstract

Ce cas examine la trajectoire d'une gestionnaire intermédiaire dans une organisation non gouvernementale de développement international. Ce récit à la première personne met en évidence la rencontre difficile entre d'une part, des aspirations de changement social et d'action dans le développement international et d'autre part, une culture organisationnelle et un style de leadership internes à l'organisation peu motivants. La gestionnaire explique pourquoi ces caractéristiques de l'organisation l'amènent à rechercher un autre emploi.
