Abstract

Les stocks du bloc opératoire représentent un coût financier important pour un centre hospitalier. Des économies appréciables peuvent être obtenues en recourant à une gestion proactive plutôt que réactive des stocks. Ce cas met en évidence différents défis dans l'échange d'information et dans les pratiques de travail qui rendent difficile cette gestion.
