Ce cas permet à l’étudiant de :

  • démontrer sa capacité à conduire une analyse de cas complète articulée au moins autour d’un diagnostic, d’une identification/formulation de problème et d’une analyse approfondie (théorique et pratique) des enjeux et dynamiques de la situation qui devrait déboucher sur des enseignements généraux à tirer de cet exemple pour la pratique de la gestion;
  • mobiliser des connaissances théoriques pour argumenter ses positions et pour expliquer et fonder chacune des étapes de son analyse;
  • avancer quelques réflexions sur ce qui distingue les pratiques contemporaines de management exposées dans le cas des pratiques plus traditionnelles;
  • engager une réflexion personnelle quant à ses habiletés générales (forces et faiblesses) de management et de management de projet.

This case enables students to:

  • demonstrate their capacity to conduct a comprehensive case analysis based on at least one diagnostic, on the identification/formulation of a problem and on an in-depth analysis (theoretical and practical) of the issues and dynamics of the situation, which should lead to the identification of general lessons for managerial practice;
  • draw on theoretical knowledge to support their positions and to explain and justify each step of their analysis;
  • put forward their ideas on how the contemporary management practices exposed in the case are different from more traditional management practices;
  • engage in a personal reflection on their general management and project management skills (strengths and weaknesses).
