Abstract

En 1996, le Centre de recherche en sciences et technologies du lait (STELA) de l'Université Laval a vu trois de ses chercheurs mettre sur pied leur propre entreprise bioalimentaire, Advitech Solutions. Cinq ans plus tard, en 2001, l'entreprise essaimée octroie à son organisation essaimante (STELA) des contrats de recherche qui représentent plus de 25 % de son budget total de recherche-développement.
