Abstract

À la Régie d'assurance-maladie du Québec, un contrat a été octroyé à un fournisseur selon une méthode proposée par le Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor, méthode appelée Processus de sélection d'un partenaire (PSP). Une équipe formée de hauts fonctionnaires de la Régie, du ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux ainsi que du Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor doit maintenant évaluer le processus d'acquisition utilisé lors de l'octroi de ce montant, afin de présenter les recommandations appropriées relativement aux futures acquisitions de même type.
