Abstract

Ce cas raconte le périple entrepreneurial d'un homme qui, dès son enfance, voyait clairement où il voulait se rendre et l'itinéraire qu'il devait emprunter pour y parvenir. L'intérêt de ce cas réside également dans la transition de l'entrepreneur entre différents statuts entrepreneuriaux au gré des situations. Son rôle de pionnier dans le développement de l'industrie des matériaux composites est également mis en relief. Les aspects liés à la constitution et au fonctionnement du conseil d'administration constituent un autre temps fort de ce cas.
