Ce cas de travailleur autonome est présenté sous la forme d'une entrevue éditée. Louis Boulanger sait tout réparer en ce qui a trait au matériel informatique. Tant qu'il travaillait pour une grande entreprise, il effectuait ce qu'on lui demandait de faire, sans plus. Depuis qu'il est à son compte, il doit apprendre à s'organiser et à recruter des clinets. Louis Boulanger travaille fort et apprend à ne plus être seulement un technicien mais bien un véritable homme d'affaires. Son cheminement est laborieux, plus difficile qu'il ne croyait.
