Abstract

Comment l'Industrielle Alliance met en œuvre une stratégie d'acquisition de technologies de pointe. Consciente des risques inhérents à l'implantation de nouvelles technologies, l'Industrielle Alliance opte pour la réalisation d'un projet pilote en imagerie et en gestion électronique de processus. La réalisation du projet Imagerie permet d'illustrer comment une telle approche peut conduire à l'acquisition de compétences nouvelles, sans pour autant mettre en risque les acquis d'une entreprise.
