Abstract

The case explores how Infuite’s Learning & Development team, led by VP Kabir Joshi, adopted generative AI to accelerate the creation of engaging e-learning content without hiring additional content creators and instructional designers. Initially, this approach boosted output and earned high learner satisfaction, but growing demands for even faster turnaround compromised content quality. The case highlights the tension between speed and engagement, and raises unresolved questions about the long-term value of AI-driven learning and emerging technologies like the metaverse.
