Line Dubé,

Editor-in-chief

Although our thoughts may be resolutely turned towards the sun and vacation fun, in the background we’re already busy preparing for the fall term.

The IJCSM thus offers you a selection of four new peer-reviewed cases – all accompanied by comprehensive teaching notes. The three main topics are:

Entrepreneurship, leadership, and international management – the story of an SME that is active in the Middle East, North Africa, and India, Middle-East Paper Co (MEPCO), as seen through the lens of its chairman, Fadi Baaklini (French only, English version forthcoming)

Innovation management – the innovative process put in place by the Montreal Insectarium in its bid to reinvent itself (French)

Social enterprise managementGardens Without Borders, a look at the challenges linked to microenterprise viability (English), and Association communautaire d’emprunt de Montréal (ACEM), a look at the funding challenges of social enterprises (French).

The entire IJCSM team joins me in wishing you a wonderful summer!
